What forms of payment are accepted?
You can pay securely using and major debit or credit card via Stripe.
What about import duties and VAT?
For all orders to UK addresses, VAT is included in the price you pay, and as we ship from the UK, there is no import duty to pay.

For orders to International addresses, import duty and VAT may be payable in your country. All orders are shipped DAP (delivered at place), which means that any taxes or duties payable are the buyer’s responsibility. In most countries, VAT is payable at standard rate, and the HS code of our products is 40169300 with Country of Origin of UK.

How do I return my purchase?
Simply get in touch with us via our contact form to arrange your return. Please note that return postage is only paid for when the item is faulty. For unwanted returns still within the guarantee period, return postage is paid for by the customer.
What is the refund policy?

Your Goliath Ice cube tray comes with a 12 month guarantee. So if it develops a fault, you can return it to us for a refund or a new unit. In the event of a fault, we will cover the return postage.

However, should you simply wish to return your Mammoth Cubes tray, you have 7 days from receiving it to do so, but postage will not be covered by us as it’s simply a unwanted purchase and not a faulty return. To initiate a return, simply get in touch with us via our contact form here.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is a flat fee.

We do do worldwide – standard charge of £12.95, there is no express delivery option.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

For UK orders, it should be with you within 1-3 Days via Royal Mail 1st class postage, or 3-5 days via Royal Mail 2nd class postage.

For international orders, this can vary based on distance but it should be with you in 1 to 3 weeks.

Something is missing from my order. What can I do?
If something is missing from your order, simply get in touch with us via our contact form and we’ll help you out straight away.
How do I cancel my order?
Simply contact us via our contact form, and we’ll do everything we can to stop the order. If it’s already shipped, we may not be able to however. But either way, you can return it to us for a refund.
Do you include prices or invoices with the order delivery?
We don’t include price details with the order – it’s just a packing slip. But if you need an invoice, just let us know.

How do I set up a customer account

This can be done during the checkout process while placing an order.

Or you can visit the “my account” area and set one up already. From the “my account” area you can check your past orders, saved addresses, and edit account info such as your email and name. However, you can also check out as a guest.

How much liquid is in one cube of the Mammoth Cubes tray?
Each cube holds 130ml. The cube troughs are exactly 2 inch cubes.
